Nautilus & Walk/Jog Track

Resistance exercise machines designed for specific muscle groups, i.e., legs, arms, chest, etc. These machines are best  used for individuals who have a limited amount of time to devote to an exercise program. The entire workout can be done in under 30 minutes.
3 times a week is recommended.

  • Age limit for Nautilus is 16 or older.  Exception is youth with Young Guns certification.

Free Weights
This equipment is best used for individuals who have more time to devote to a training program using barbells and dumbbells. 

  • Age limit for the free weight area is 16 or older.  Exception is youth with Young Guns certification or youth working out under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Walk/Jog Track
The Walk/Jog Track is located upstairs, above the gyms. 
12 laps = 1 mile
Equipment located in the track area are:  stair climbers, stationary bikes, rowing and skate machines.

  • No children under the age of 12 are allowed on the track.
  • No one under the age of 16 is allowed to use the equipment in the corners of the track.
  • Walkers need to stay on the outside of the track and runners to the inside of the track.
  • Group walking should not interfere with runners or fast walkers.
